Hi! I’m Karin, life coach and yoga teacher. 

I support individuals who would like to shift their inner and outer worlds by discovering what is most important to them and how to integrate that into their lives.

I combine my knowledge of coaching and yoga to create a space for introspection, reflection, and insight. What makes it coaching (and not therapy or consulting) is that we take that insight to purposefully create actions that are authentic to you and your goals. If there are things that are keeping you from reaching your goals, I will support you to move beyond those stopping points with more ease, focus, and delight.

My hope is for you to feel a new sense of possibility in your life, so that you can live your life more fully, with more clarity, joy, connection, and authenticity.

In coaching we create a space in which you can access your own answers and wisdom around what’s next for you in your life.

Practice showing up consistently and with more focus for the things that matter most in your life and receive the support you need to do so.

Learn new skills and tools to observe your stopping points and how to move beyond them with more ease so that you can keep moving forward and reach your goals.

Coaching is energizing in the way it empowers you to take active steps towards your goals. Coaching will unlock you to experience your full potential for what is possible in your life.

My Coaching Philosophy

Create your personal vision

Get clear on your personal vision of what you would love to experience in your life. As your coach, I support you to create a vivid vision that makes you feel inspired and excited. In coaching together, we will use your vision as a roadmap for our time together and work through any stopping points you experience along the way.

Small and easy steps that support lasting change

What are the things that you can do to move closer to your vision? We will look at what is the most authentic step for you to take next.

Our mind can sometimes distract us from where we want to go. We get a boost of inspiration or an exciting idea, but soon after we often tell ourselves all the reasons why it won’t work. In coaching, we look at some really powerful ways to overcome self-limiting beliefs and some things we can shift our attention to, to propel us forward.

In coaching together, you will:

Springboard Coaching - NEW!
Do you have a specific tangible goal that you want support on? I offer 1-3 sessions where we will focus on this specific goal, Through coaching, you will have a new awareness of your own power, we will challenge what may or may not be holding you back, and uncover what are your most authentic next few steps.

Tea

6-8 weeks Coaching Program
Work with me 1:1 through my coaching program. I recommend meeting every week for 6-8 weeks. I will support you in creating your personal vision for your life. We will use the coaching space as a safe container to look at your doubts and worries, your dreams and desires, and what are the most authentic next steps for you to create the life you dream of.

Scholarships
I am committed to serving those who otherwise may not have access to coaching. Each year, I have a limited number of scholarships available. Please contact me directly if you’re interested in a discount on my services. 

Who I love working with…

  • Parents who have gone through trauma or unexpected challenges that shifted their worlds and sense of self. This is something I have personal experience with and if this is you, I would love to support you on your path moving forward.
